4 prompts to build your FAQ page with Ai

The same questions eat your day. An FAQ page answers them before anyone has to call.
Step 1: Ai lists the questions
Here are messages from my customers: [paste texts, emails, reviews]. List every question they ask. Merge the duplicates. Most common first.
Step 2: Ai drafts the answers
Answer each question in 2 short sentences, the way I'd say it on the phone. Use only these facts: [paste hours, prices, policies]. If a fact is missing, write [ASK ME]. Don't guess.
Step 3: You fix what's wrong
Read every answer like a customer would. Fix anything that isn't true, and fill in every [ASK ME].
List any answer that sounds like a promise or a guarantee, so I can check it.
Step 4: Paste it on your site
Your website, plus a link in your voicemail greeting and text replies.
Format these as an FAQ page: each question as a heading, the answer under it.

Q: Do you take walk-ins?
A: Yes, Monday to Friday before 3. After that, book online so you don't wait.
