Terms of Service

By using this website or requesting services from Ghosted Ai LLC, you agree to these Terms. The website and services are intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement.

Ghosted Ai provides applied Ai services. For each business, the first step is a business brain that reads the accounts the business connects, read-only. Custom Ai tools may then be built on top of it, such as follow-up, websites, front desk and reception agents, social posts, search, dashboards, reporting, and related consulting.

Any signed proposal, statement of work, order form, invoice, or service agreement controls the specific scope, timing, deliverables, any fees, and the approval process for a project.

Ghosted Ai designs and operates systems intended to improve visibility, routing, follow-up, and operational consistency. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including offer quality, market conditions, sales process, data quality, staffing, response speed, compliance status, platform availability, and customer behavior.

We do not guarantee revenue, profit, appointment volume, rankings, ad performance, deliverability, approval by a platform, or any specific result unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Ai systems and automation can support sales, reception, marketing, reporting, and operations, but they are not a substitute for human judgment where review is required. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or affected by source data quality.

Client-facing campaigns, legal-sensitive content, compliance-sensitive messaging, and material business decisions should be reviewed by an authorized human before use.

The business brain checks the numbers in an answer against the records it read before showing them, but it can still misread a record or miss context you have not taught it.

You sign in to your business brain with a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password. Keep access to that email account secure, because anyone who controls it can sign in.

You are responsible for the people you invite to your brain and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at the email below if you think someone accessed it without permission.

The business brain reads records from accounts you choose to connect, such as your calendar, payment, accounting and review accounts, and, where you buy connection services, email, phone and CRM systems. It turns them into counts, findings, questions, reports and answers about your business.

By connecting an account, you confirm that you are authorized to connect it for your business and to let Ghosted Ai read it for these purposes.

• Read-only. The brain requests read-only access wherever the provider offers it. It cannot send messages, change records, book, move money, or buy anything in your systems.
• No charge without an agreement. Nothing is charged for the brain unless you sign a separate written agreement. Use of the brain may include limits, such as a reading period or a number of chat messages, and we may change, pause or end it at any time.
• Your memory. What you teach the brain is kept as its memory. You can view, change or remove it at any time from your dashboard.
• Disconnecting. You can disconnect an account at any time from your brain's Connections page, from the provider's own settings, or by asking us. The brain then stops reading it.
• Support access. Ghosted Ai may view your brain and make changes you ask for, or that keep it working and secure. Every visit and change is logged, and we will share that log with you on request.
• Not professional advice. Findings, estimates and answers are informational. Each number is labeled as measured or estimated, and estimates show their assumptions. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal or medical advice. Check anything important before you act on it.

• Provide accurate business, billing, access, brand, content, and approval information.
• Maintain lawful rights to any contacts, lead lists, customer data, content, images, reviews, logos, or platform access provided to Ghosted Ai. The business brain never asks for your passwords; where a custom build needs access to a system, it is set up through that system's own permissions wherever the system offers them.
• Review and approve public-facing content, forms, messages, automations, workflows, and launch decisions before they go live.
• Comply with applicable privacy, advertising, email, SMS, telemarketing, intellectual property, platform, and industry rules.
• Keep credentials, accounts, payment methods, calendars, phone numbers, domains, and platform permissions current and secure.

If you provide contact lists, lead data, customer records, conversation history, or CRM data, you represent that you have the lawful right to provide that information for the services requested.

You are responsible for the accuracy of consent records, opt-out status, suppression lists, and any required disclosures. Ghosted Ai may refuse, pause, or modify work that appears to involve purchased lists, scraped contacts, unclear consent, misleading claims, prohibited content, or material compliance risk.

Where services involve SMS, voice, email, chat, social messaging, or other communications, the parties must follow applicable law and platform rules, including consent, identification, opt-out, quiet-hour, recordkeeping, and message-content requirements.

Where a custom build sends texts or makes calls, it identifies the business, tells people when they are talking to Ai, gives a recording notice where calls are recorded, and honors STOP and other opt-out requests. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Some texting and calling features depend on carrier registration, platform approvals and account status, and are switched on only once those are in place.

Clients are responsible for confirming the accuracy of business information, service descriptions, prices, images, testimonials, reviews, legal links, policies, and claims used in public-facing work.

Ghosted Ai may use publicly available business information, client-provided materials, and approved third-party tools to prepare drafts, but public launch requires client approval.

Any fees, and the payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms that go with them, are set out only in a separate written agreement you sign. Nothing is charged without one.

Services may rely on third-party platforms such as CRM, calendar, messaging, voice, email, hosting, analytics, ad, payment, design, automation, Ai, database, and reporting providers.

Ghosted Ai does not control third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, data-processing practices, account approvals, rate limits, deliverability decisions, feature changes, or enforcement actions.

Ghosted Ai retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, workflows, methods, prompts, processes, know-how, internal tools, documentation, and reusable system components.

Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing brand assets, approved content, and business data. Final ownership or license rights in project deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement and payment status.

Each party should protect confidential information using reasonable care. No internet, cloud, CRM, messaging, or Ai system is completely secure. Clients should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information and should use proper access controls for accounts, credentials, and user permissions.

You may not use the website or services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, malicious, spam-related, or prohibited communications.

You may not attempt to interfere with the website or connected systems, bypass security controls, misuse forms, or use the services in a way that violates platform rules or applicable law.

Ghosted Ai may suspend or stop services if payment is overdue, required access is unavailable, instructions create legal or platform risk, data quality creates unreasonable risk, or continued work would violate these Terms or a related agreement.

Either party's termination rights are governed by the applicable written agreement.

The website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Ghosted Ai disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance, except where a separate written agreement states otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghosted Ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, platform-action, deliverability, or reputational damages.

Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid to Ghosted Ai for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

You agree to defend and indemnify Ghosted Ai from claims arising from your data, content, instructions, contact lists, consent records, platform access, legal or regulatory noncompliance, misuse of the services, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Ghosted Ai may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when the current version was last updated. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
