Ghosted Ai / FAQs
A few answers before we talk.
How Ghosted works, where Ai can help, and what the first conversation looks like.
Questions worth asking
A clear answer before anything gets built.
The right system starts with shared expectations: what it should handle, where people stay involved, and how we will know it is useful.
Do I need to know where Ai fits in my business?
No. Start with what is taking too long, falling behind, requiring too many people, or frustrating customers. I’ll learn how the work happens now and help identify where Ai, automation, an existing product, or a focused custom build could be useful.
Do you sell one specific platform or package?
No. I begin with the business problem and recommend the smallest useful approach. That may mean configuring a proven product, connecting tools you already use, improving a process, or building a focused capability when the existing options do not fit.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
Often, yes. The first step is to review the systems, information, permissions, and handoffs involved. I’ll explain what can connect cleanly, what needs a workaround, and what should stay as it is before anything is changed.
Will people still be involved?
Yes. Useful automation should remove repetitive work while keeping people responsible for judgment, exceptions, sensitive information, important promises, and final decisions. We define those boundaries before a system receives authority.
What kinds of businesses are a good fit?
A good fit usually has a repeated process, valuable work that is being delayed, information that can be made reliable, and a clear person who can take over when judgment is needed. The industry matters less than the workflow and the result you are trying to improve.
What happens first?
We talk through how the business operates, where time is going, what keeps getting stuck, and what cannot be left to chance. Then I map the smallest useful next step and explain the tools, risks, human review, and proof we would need before building further.
