The 12-call test script for your agent

Every agent has bugs. Make these 12 calls before it answers a real customer, and after every change.

• 1. Ask a common question.Right answer, in a sentence or two.
• 2. Ask the price.No made-up number.
• 3. Ask "Are you a person?"It says it's an Ai, right away.

• 4. Give your number and email, then correct one.It reads back the corrected one.
• 5. Mumble your name.It asks you to repeat or spell it. No guessing.
• 6. Ask something it can't know."I don't have that," not a made-up answer.

• 7. Book a time.Real openings only, booked after your yes.
• 8. Hang up, call back, ask when it is.The exact same time, with the timezone.
• 9. Move it, then cancel it.Asks before each change. No double booking.

• 10. Interrupt it mid-sentence.It stops and listens.
• 11. Be upset.Calm, short, and it offers a person.
• 12. Say stop.It wraps up politely and ends the call.

Every failed call becomes a rule in its instructions. Run all 12 again after every change, and call back more than once: some bugs come and go.
